Place the two tablecloths next to each other. Starting 6 inches from the end of both, punch holes every 2 inches, positioning them within 1 inch of the edge.

Thread yarn through the holes to loosely join the tablecloths, forming a seam that can be torn open to release the balloons. Leave a 1-foot tail of yarn at one end to serve as a ripcord.

Attach the joined tablecloths to the ceiling along three sides with tape, ensuring it sticks well. Keep the opposite end of the yarn ripcord free. Let the middle of the tablecloths hang down loosely, creating ample room for inflated balloons.
