Print your boarding pass with Air Canada.

Air Canada, the largest full-service airline in Canada, now provides web check-in for most passengers. This option lets travelers check in and print their own boarding passes, bypassing the need to see an agent at an Air Canada counter. Web check-in can be used starting 24 hours before departure until 30 minutes before departure for flights within Canada, or until one hour before departure for flights to the U.S. or international destinations. It is available with paper or electronic tickets for all Canadian flights and many international flights, but for flights to the U.S., only electronic tickets can be used for web check-in.

Online Check-in Method

Visit the Air Canada website.

Select "Manage My Bookings."

Choose "Check in..." to reach the Air Canada online check-in page.

Enter your first and last names, departure city, and either your Aeroplan number, the credit card number used to book the ticket, or your booking reference number in the provided fields. You may also pick a seat and declare any bags you plan to check.

After verifying that your information is accurate, print your boarding pass.

Airport Kiosk Method

Find an Air Canada self-service kiosk at the airport. These kiosks are situated near the Air Canada counter. You can use a self-service kiosk within 12 hours of your flight's departure.

Retrieve your flight information at the kiosk. You can do this by entering your booking reference number or Aeroplan number, inserting your Aeroplan or credit card, or scanning the bar code on your itinerary receipt.

Follow the on-screen instructions to print your boarding pass. You can also declare any bags you need to check and print your baggage tags.
