JetBlue Boarding Pass: Online Check-In and Airport Options

JetBlue offers multiple ways to get your boarding pass. Checking in online through the airline's website and printing the pass at home or work is generally the most convenient method. That approach lets you head straight to bag drop or, when traveling with carry-on only, to the gate upon reaching the airport. You can also check in at the airport with a JetBlue agent or at a self-service kiosk to receive your boarding pass.

Boarding passes can be obtained by checking in online or at the airport.

JetBlue provides several methods for getting a boarding pass. The option many travelers find most convenient involves checking in online through JetBlue's website and printing the pass from home or an office. Once you have checked in online, you can proceed directly to the designated bag drop-off areas upon arriving at the airport, or, if you have no checked bags, go straight to the gate. Another route is to get your boarding pass at the airport, either by checking in with a JetBlue agent or by using a self-service kiosk.

Step 1

Visit JetBlue's website no later than 24 hours before your flight's scheduled departure and click the "Manage Your Flights" link. Online check-in closes 90 minutes before departure. If you are inside that window, you will need to obtain your boarding pass at the airport, either from a self-service check-in kiosk or from a JetBlue agent.

Step 2

On the JetBlue site, provide the requested details: your first and last name, confirmation number and departure city. Choose your seat and indicate how many bags you plan to check. After entering all the requested information, finalize your check-in by clicking the "Check In" button.

Step 3

To print your boarding pass, select the box labeled "View Boarding Pass." This option becomes available after you finish the check-in process.

Step 4

Bring any checked bags to the designated bag drop-off areas at the airport. The bag-tag numbers appear on your boarding pass, which you must show to the agent at the bag drop-off area. If you have no checked luggage, take your boarding pass and go directly to the gate.
